摘要
单个癌细胞及其微环境与宿主整体之间的关系,对于治疗是至关重要的。生物反应调节剂胸腺因子D(TFD)及其和超氧化物歧化酶的复合制剂胸腺酶(TFS),对胃癌MGC803细胞生长的抑制试验表明,高浓度(4.0~0.5mg/ml)的抑制率均在50%以上,低浓度(0.25~0.0315mg/ml)的抑制率在48%~10%之间。人工胃液和人工肠液加入制剂中作用0.5~2h,对其抑制率无明显影响,TFD和TFS作用无明显区别。结果提示:TFD和TFS对胃癌MGC803细胞都有明显抑制作用,口服也有同样效果。
The relationship between the single cancer cell and it's microenvironment and the host was very important on treatment of cancer. Using drugs of both thymic factor D(TFD) and it's complex agent with superoxide dismutase(TFS)as biological response modifiers to suppress the growth of MGC 8O3 Cell of gastric cancer showed that the inhibition rate of high conentration(4. 0 mg^0. 5 mg/ml) was over 5O%and low (0. 25 mg^0.0315 mg/ml)was 48% ~ 10% and the inhibition rate changeless when the TFD and TFS was reactivated for 0. 5h^2h by artificial gastric and intestinal juice and the power of both TFD and TFS were same.The results suggested that the drugs of both TFD and TFS significantly haved inhibition effect on the growth of MGC 803 cell of gastric cancer and can absorbed by oral.
