摘要
目的与方法：脊椎结核合并截瘫１４例的的治疗主要有经胸病灶清除椎管前面减压，肋骨横突切除侧前方减压和脊椎后路椎管减压术；结果与结论：截瘫的恢复与病灶清除和椎管减压彻底以及合理化学疗法有关。
Objective and method: We have treated 14 Paraplegic cases complicated with the backbone tuberculosis and got a better result.Ⅰ mainly cleared awaeay the focus through the chest and reduced the pressure of the frout verlebra tube cut off the cross protrusion of the rib by reducing the pressure of the side front of the verlebra tube.Result and Conclusion: The recovery of the paraplegia does with clearing away the focus and reducing pressure,It also does with the reasonable chemotherapy.
