摘要
就我国体育类高职院校图书馆建设中普遍存在的在校生数少、馆藏借阅流通量和文献资源利用率偏低、专业藏书量不足、专业队伍结构不够合理,以及网络化信息建设普遍滞后,为教、科研服务的功能较薄弱等问题进行了一系列的分析和探讨,提出了明确办学定位,构建特色馆藏,优化专业队伍结构,充分挖掘馆员隐性知识,培植和创新服务文化,创建个性化图书馆等对策,以促进体育类高职院校图书馆事业的发展。
Small amout of Campus students extensively exist of the construction of sports higher vocational colleges libraries in our coutry, the low utilization rate of collection lending and literature resources, insufficient professional collections, unreasonable structure of professional teams and generally lags behind of the construction of the network information, made a series of analysis and discussion of weak service functions of the teaching and research; the orientation of running schools clear was defined, the characteristic libraries were constructed, structure of professional teams were optimized, tacit knowledge of library workers were fully exploited, service culture was fostered and innovated, personal libraries were estabilished and so on, in order to promote sports higher vocational colleges libraries development.
