摘要
劳务外包是港口企业提高物流速度,降低劳务成本的有效手段,但是劳务外包本身具有复杂性,管理不到位就有可能出现物流服务中断,甚至造成严重的经济损失。本文就港口企业劳务外包中面临的管理风险进行了深入的分析,并提出了防范风险的相关措施,为港口企业劳务外包提供理论依据。
