摘要
目的：观察明目地黄丸与活血胶囊联合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效，为防治早期糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）提供一种简便可行方法。方法：选取我院证型为气阴两虚型的早期DR患者112例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，分部采用西药基础治疗与西药加明目地黄丸、活血胶囊联合治疗。结果：治疗组显效率52％，总有效率93．8％，与对照组显效率25％，有效率62．5％两者经统计学分析，有显著性差异。结论：明目地黄丸与活血胶囊可以作为治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法。
Objective： To observe curative effects of treating DR with the Mingmu Dihuang pill plus the Huoxue Capsule. Methods： To choose 112 early DR patients with the type of Qixu Liangyin, Randomly divided into control group and treatment group, take basic western therapy and the integrative medical therapy.
