摘要
目的：观察补中益气汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型声带息肉术后的临床疗效。方法：将120例肺脾气虚型声带息肉患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各60例。2组均行手术治疗，术后实验组以补中益气汤治疗，对照组以黄氏响声丸治疗。结果：总有效率实验组为93．3％，对照组为63．3％，两组临床效果比较有非常显著统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论：补中益气汤加减配合手术治疗声带息肉安全有效，能显著提高临床效果。
Objective.. To explore the clinical effect of modified Middle--Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction used for treatment of polyp of vocal cord of lung--spleen qi deficiency after surgery. Methods： 120 cases of patients with polyp of vocal cord were randomly divided into experimental group （n =60） and control group （n = 60）. Both groups were given treatment of surgery, after surgery, control groups were given Huang s sound pill （HSP）, and experimental group were given Middle--Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction. Results： The total effective rate in experimental group was 93.3%, and the data in control group was 63.3%. The clinical effect in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（p 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Modified Middle--Tonifying Qi- Replenishing Decoction combined with surgery used for treatment of polyp of vocal cord was safe and effective, can significantly enhance clinical effect.
