摘要
目的：分析并探讨瑞波西汀治疗抑郁症的药理作用及其临床应用。方法：对关于瑞波西汀抗抑郁的药理机制及临床应用的国内外文献进行综述，归蚋并总结。结果：瑞波西汀为选择性NE重摄取抑制剂，通过抑制NE的重吸收，增加突触间隙中NE的浓度而达到抗抑郁的疗效。临床上可应用于治疗难治性抑郁症、不典型抑郁症、伴焦虑抑郁症、伴躯体疼痛性抑郁症及其他功能性抑郁症，也可用于治疗伴帕金森病的重度抑郁、卒中后阻滞性抑郁、治疗精神分裂症阴性症状及伴乳腺癌的重度抑郁等器质性抑郁。瑞波西汀与氟西汀、万拉法辛、氯丙咪嗪疗效相当，且抗焦虑作用优于氯丙咪嗪。瑞波西汀的不良反应主要有致焦虑、头痛、交感神经兴奋如心动过速、出汗、排尿迟疑、性功能改变等。结论：瑞波西汀与其他抗抑郁药相比，安全有效，可在临床推广应用。
