摘要
目的：探讨如何有效对左半结肠癌并肠梗阻病人进行一期手术。方法：完善左半结肠癌并肠梗阻病人的术前、术中、术后处理，行一期手术治疗。结果：手术后病人恢复良好，吻合口瘘及其它并发症发生率不高。结论：左半鲒肠癌并肠梗阻的病人在完善围手术期的处理情况下一期手术治疗是可行的。
Objective： to explore how to effectively conduct first phase operations on left colon cancer patients with obstruction. Methods： Improved left colon cancer patients with obstruction before, during and after surgery, then conduct first phase operations. Results： The patient recovered well after surgery, anastomotic leakage and other complications were not high. Conclusion： Left colon cancer patients with obstruction in improving perioperative handling of later first phase surgery is feasible.
