摘要
目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌根治术并发症的临床效果。方法将81例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为实验组(n=42)和对照组(n=39),对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予针对性护理。结果实验组实并发率为16.7%,护理满意率为97.6%,对照组并发率为33.3%,护理满意率为87.2%,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌根治术患者实施针对性护理,能减少并发症,改善患者术后生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of nursing intervene for complications on patients after radical mastectomy.Methods 81 cases of patients after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into experimental group（n=42） and control group（n=39）.The routine care was used for control group,and targeted nursing were used for experimental group.Results The complications rate in experimental group was 16.7%,the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.6%,and the data in control group was 33.3% and 87.2%,experimental group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Targeted nursing carried for radical mastectomy patients,can reduce the complications and improve the life quality after surgery,so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
