摘要
目的探讨相关因素对妇女产后性健康的影响,提高妇女产后性生活质量。方法通过调查问卷形式,1024例产后妇女的一般资料、产后性问题及相关因素及心理社会因素和家庭关系被调查归纳。结果调查显示,性生活不满意者达到809例,占79.0%,且与社会、心理、产后等多种因素有关。结论产后性健康问题与多种因素有关,其中盆底肌肉强度的下降是其重要因素。产后妇女要加强产后性健康的意识,社会相关机构也应给予积极地支持。
Objective To investigate the related factors ofinfluence on postpartum women＇s sexual health,and improve the sexual life quality of postpartum women.Methods Through the form of questionnaire,1024 cases of postpartum women were investigated including general data,postpartum sexual problems,and the related psychological,family relations and social factors.Results The survey showed,low sex satisfaction reached up to 809 cases （79.0%）,and the result related to such as society,psychology and postpartum factors.Discussion Postpartum sexual problems related to many factors,and the intension decline of pelic floor musculature is an important factor.So postpartum women should strengthen the consciousness of postpartum sexual health,and social related institutions should also give actively support.
