摘要
随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,世界经济发展周期与能源供求之间的关系日益密切。相对于传统的化石能源,可再生能源由于其自身优点已经称为各国保障未来发展的有效选择。本文从我国能源的实际情况出发,在分析我国可再生能源发展现状的基础上,对促进可再生能源产业发展的政策、法律和制度保障方面提出见解。
As the progress of integration of world economy,there is an increasingly close relationship between the cycle of world economic development and the supply and demand of energy.Due to their own merits,renewable sources of energy,compared with traditional fossil fuels,have become effective solutions for states to guarantee their future development.This article,based on the actual situation of energy industry in China,analyses the current level of the utilization of renewable sources of energy,and puts forward some suggestions for promotion of China＇s renewable energy industry from the perspectives of national policy,laws and institutional guarantee.
