摘要
针对数字调制信号不同于模拟调制信号的特点，提出数字调制信号用测量方法，包括信号电平、信噪比、BER，BER与Eb／No关系。噪声裕量、调制误差率、相位抖动及射频载波相位噪声等的测量方法。
Considering that digitally modulated signals are different from those analogally modulated, mesurement methods are proposed for measuring signal level, signal to noise ratio, bit error rate, the relationship between bit error rate and Eb/No, noise margin, modulation error rate, phase jitter, phase noise of RF carrier and etc.
