摘要
目的：观察青光眼白内障联合手术的临床疗效。方法：对101例青光眼合并白内障患者施行白内障超声乳化吸出术合并虹膜周边切除术及后房型折叠式人工晶状体植入术或白内障超声乳化吸出术合并小梁切除术及后房型折叠式人工晶状体植入术。结果：术后视力：光感3只跟（1．32％）．手动9只眼（3．95％），指数-0．05者5只眼（2．20％），0．06～0．2者45只眼（19．82％），0．3～0．5者37只眼（38．33％），0．5以上者28只眼（34．36％）。结论：青光眼早期诊断及时治疗疗效显著，高眼压状态下的青光眼白内障联合手术易发生并发症。

Results： Technique back sight strength： The light feels 3 with the （1.32%）. manual 9 eyes （3.95%） ,index 10.05 5 eyes （2.20%） ,above 0.06-0. 245 eye （19. 82%） ,0. 3-0. 5 37 eye （38. 33 %） , 0. ,5 28 eyes （34.36%）. Conclusion：Glaucoma early time diagnosis prompt treatment curative effect is remarkable, under high intraocular pressure condition glaucoma cataract unites the surgery easily to have the complication.
