摘要
目的：比较腹部与阴道B超对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法：对2005年1月至2009年1月月于我院就诊的疑似异住娠的70例患者均行腹部和阴道B超检查。结果：腹部B超诊断符合率为80．6％，阴道B超诊断符合率为94．0％，两者差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：阴道B超对异位妊娠的诊断价值高于腹部B超，值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：Surpass compared with the abdomen and vagina B to the extrauterine pregnancy diagnosis value. Methods： To from January,2005 to January, 2009 month in my courtyard seeing a doctor doubtful dystopia shen 70 example patient good abdomen and vagina B ultra inspection. Results：The abdomen B ultra diagnosis coincidence rate is 80.6% ,the vagina B ultra diagnosis coincidence rate is 94.0%,both difference has the significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Vagina B surpasses to the extrauterine pregnancy diagnosis value is higher than abdomen B ultra,is worth in on promoting the application clinically.
