摘要
脑血管疾病已成为危害人类健康的常见、主要疾病，在门诊和住院病人中，存在大量临床症状表现为头昏、头痛，或存在神经系统症状的患者，DSA、MRA因为有创、费用昂贵，不能作为常规反复检查的手段，因而TCCD成为首选筛查颅脑疾病的检查方法。本文选取306例（排除无颞窗者）施行了TCCD检查的患者，通过对彩色和频谱多普勒的分析，结合临床资料及与CT、DSA、MRA检查结果对照，研究TCCD在颅脑疾病诊断中的应用价值。

This article selected 306 examples （elimination not to have hie window） to execute the TCCD inspection patient, through to colored and frequency spectrum Doppler＇s analysis, union clinical material and with CT,DSA, MRA inspection result comparison, studied TCCD to diagnose at the skull disease the application value.
