摘要
目的：探讨中西结合治疗在早期代谢紊乱综合征干预中的效果及价值。方法：选取我院2008年3月～2008年12月来我院体检的500人，帅选符合代谢紊乱综合征386例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各193例。治疗组采用中西医结合的方式（内外用中药，针灸进行调理气血，化瘀降脂）进行治疗，并制定干预措施；对照组采用西医治疗并干预方法，两组定期进行随访，观察和测定两组的血清IR指数、血压、血脂、空腹血糖和腰围。结果：干预组各项指标明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组的代谢综合征均有所改善，但干预组更明显。结论：中西结合治疗合并干预措施能够有效控制代谢综合征紊乱的各项指标，给群众带来高质量的生活。

Results： Intervention group each target surpasses the control group obviously （P〈0.05）, two group of metabolism syntheses drafts has the improvement, but the intervention group is more obvious. Conclusion：China and the West union treatment merge intervention measure can the active control metabolism synthesis draft the disorder each target, brings the high ~：rade life to the populace.
