摘要
目的：探讨C～FPWV（颈一股动脉脉搏传导速度）对缺血性脑血管病检出的阳性率，以颈动脉超声、脑血管造影检查的阳性结果检出率作为比较，评价C—FPWV用于缺血性脑血管疾病检查的价值。方法：确诊缺血性脑血管病患者60例，均作C—FPWV、颈动脉超声和脑血管造影三种检查，并将C-FPWV的检查结果分别与对应的颈动脉超声和脑血管造影相比较，分别作X2检验。结果：60例缺血性脑血管病患者测定C—FPWV为阳性结果32例，占53％。DSA阳性结果42例，占70％。颈动脉超声阳性结果44例，占73．3％。C-FPWV分别和颈动脉超声及脑血管造影检查比较，p〉0．05，认为C—FPWV的检查结果与对应的血管超声及脑血管造影检查的结果没有差别。结论：缺血性脑血管病C-FPWV与颈动脉超声和脑血管造影一样有很高的阳性结果，经过X2检验，提示C-FPWV和颈动脉超声、脑血管造影检查方法没有差别。各检查方法对缺血性脑血管病的检查各有优劣，C-FPWV测定方法简单、快捷、无创，个体随访过程中重复性好，适合于脑血管病高危人群的筛查。我们认为PWV检测值得在基层和社区医院推广应用。
Objective：Discusses C--F PWV （neck -- femoral artery pulse conduction speed） the masculine gender rate which picks out to the anemic cerebrovascular disease, by the carotid artery supersonic, the cerebral angiography inspection masculine result picks out rate takes the comparison, appraises C--F PWV to use in the value which anemic blood vessel of brain disease inspects. Methods： The diagnosis anemic cerebrovascular disease patient 60 examples, make C--F PWV, the carotid artery supersonic and the cerebral angiography three kind of inspections, and separately supersonic and the cerebral angiography compares the C--F PWV in- spection result with the corresponding carotid artery,makes X 2 examinations separately. Results：60 example anemic cerebrovascular disease patient determines C--F＇ PWV is the masculine result 32 examples, accounts for 53 ~. The DSA masculine result 42 exam- pies,account for 70~. The carotid artery supersonic masculine result 44 examples,account for 73.3~. C--F PWV separately with carotid artery supersonic and cerebral angiography inspection comparison, p^0.05, thought C--F PWV the inspection result and the corresponding blood vessel supersonic and the cerebral angiography inspection result does not have the difference. Conclusion： Ane- mic cerebrovascular disease C--F PWV and the carotid artery supersonic and the cerebral angiography has the very high masculine result equally, passes through X 2 examinations, prompts C--F PWV and the carotid artery supersonic, the cerebral angiography in- spection method does not have the difference. Each inspection method has the fit and unfit quality respectively to the anemic cerebro- vascular disease inspection, C-- F the PWV determination method simply,quick, not creates,in the individual revisit process the duplication is good, suits sieves in the ccrebrovascular disease high--risk group looks up. We thought the PWV examination is worth in the basic unit and the community hospital promotion application.
