摘要
目的：探讨钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供意见。方法：研究资料为2005年1月-2009年6月因肱骨近端骨折在我院骨科行切开复位钢板内固定的患者共78例。按照治疗方法将患者分为钢板内固定组与非钢板内固定组。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：钢板内固定组无畸形愈合，无内固定松动、断裂、无骨不连等状况的发生。而对照组有2例出现断裂，3例出现固定松动的现象。钢板内固定组中，治疗优良率（优＋良好）为86．96％（40／46），高于对照组的65．625％（21／32），且两组间的差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折，有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复，具有固定牢固、早期进行功能锻炼等优点。
Objective：Discusses in the steel plate the fixed treatment humerus near--end bone fracture clinical curative effect, provides the opinion for the clinical treatment. Methods： Because the research material is in January, 2005 -- June, 2009 the humerus near--end bone fracture in my courtyard orthopedics line of incision replacement steel plate the fixed patient altogether 78 examples. Divides into according to the method of treatment the patient in the steel plate in the fixed group and the non--steel plate the fixed group. Observes and compares two group of treatment results. Results： In the steel plate the fixed group is not abnormal heals,does not have becomes less crowded fixedly, the break, the characterless does not link and so on the condition occurrences. But the control group has 2 examples to appear the break,3 examples appear the fixed loose phenomenon. In steel plate in during fixed group,the treatment fine rate （superior ＋ good） is 86.96% （40/46）,is higher than the control group 65. 625% （21/32）,also two group of differences have statistics significance （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：In steel plate fixed treatment humerus near--end bone fracture,is advantageous restores in the bone fracture cicatrization and the shoulder joint function, has reliable, the early time fixedly carries on merits and so on function exercise.
