摘要
目的研究用分流法计算标准湿度发生器流量比的方法.方法依据该湿度发生器原理,提出流量比计算方法;采用一组简化的饱和水汽压计算公式,在-50~50℃的温度范围内的计算结果与用Wexler公式的计算结果最大误差小于0.2%;并用增强系数fw对实际气体的饱和水汽压公式进行了修正.结果得到流量比公式q1/q2=γw,tc/γw,td-1,并给出了饱和混合比γw,t的具体计算方法.结论该方法可作为研制分流式标准湿度发生器的理论依据,并可作为该发生器智能化的基础.
Aim To determine an algorithm used to calculate the flow ratio of dry route to wet route of standard double flow generator of humidity. Methods According to the principle of the generator, an formula for the flow ratio was presented. Adopting a set of simplified formula, vapor pressures of the saturated gas within the temperature scope of -50℃ to +50℃ were worked out, and compared with the calculating results of Wexler′s formula. Their maximum error is less than 0 2%. Because the states of real gas often deviate from the states of ideal gas, vapor pressures of the saturated gas were corrected by a correction factor f w given by experiential formula of Goff and Gratch. Results A formula for the flow ratio ( q 1/q 2=γ w, t c / γ w, t d -1) was given. Conclusion The algorithm is a theory basis for development of the generator, and is helping for intelligence of the generator.
