摘要
微创外科技术逐渐应用于医学各学科,种植手术切口的微创设计或不翻瓣术式体现了微创原则,成为近几年口腔种植外科的热点。笔者针对不同种植术式对软组织愈合的影响进行相应基础研究,并在临床中根据微创原则对传统种植术式及上颌窦底开放式提升术进行了适当改进,通过不翻瓣或小翻瓣切口设计,探索微创外科在种植领域的应用与发展。
Minimally invasive surgery has been used in medical disciplines gradually. Minimally invasive surgical incision and the flapless embodies the principle of minimal inva- sion, which becomes the focus in oral implant in recent years. The author has done basic research in soft tissue healing with different surgery, and in accordance with minimally invasive surgical procedures, the traditional implant and maxillary sinus lifting has been improved, in order to explore the application and development of minimally invasive surgery in implant through flapless or small flap incision design.
