摘要
人才培养目标决定着人才培养模式,要实现高职人才培养目标,提高教育教学质量,必须创新人才培养模式:在专业设置上,以市场为主导;在教学设计上,以职业岗位能力培养为宗旨;在课程模式上,采用工学结合,任务教学法;在师资建设上,努力建设"双师型"队伍。
The training objective of talented persons decides the training patterns of the talented persons. In order to realize the training objective of higher vocational education and improve education and teaching quality, the training patterns of the talented persons should be innovated as follows： majors offered by the college must be guided by the markets; teaching design must serve the purpose of the ability of the vocational post; the patterns of courses must use the combination of work with study and the task - based teaching method ;＂double qualifications＂teachers.
