分析了扣件的工艺性,介绍了级进模总体结构设计和排样方案,实践证明,该模具结构合理、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。
The technological property of the fastener part was analyzed. The overall structure and layout of the special progressive die for the part were introduced. Practices show that the die structure was reasonable and reliable, and can ensure the product quality. The design has reference value to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts.
