摘要
以连接器端子为研究对象,以FEA软件HyperMesh为平台,对其折弯设计进行数值模拟,预测端子的正向力;通过模拟仿真失效端子,分析了不同的折弯角度对连接器性能的影响,结合分析结果指导模具调试,优化端子设计。
Numerical simulation was made on the bending design of connector's terminal by using FEA analyzing software Hypermesh and forecast normal force of terminal. The influence of connector' s performance on different bending angle was studied by CAE simulation of failed terminal, the die debugging was finished according to the results of simulation. Finally, terminal design was thus optimized.
