摘要
针对房地产风险投资决策的特点,采用群组灰色层次分析方法,建立了灰色层次综合评价体系。应用灰色关联分析法,提出了一种基于灰色综合评价的房地产投资决策方法。利用有限的信息将实际方案与参考序列建立起关联,较好地解决了受决策者个人知识、经验和偏好的制约以及其他决策环境制约所造成的问题,减少了房地产评价过程中的不确定性。算例分析表明该方法可行、有效。
According to the characteristics of real estate investment decision, the group AHP was applied and hierarchical assessment system was presented. The limited information and the plans were associated, which can avoid the subjectivity of the decision. Then the grey - relevant method was used to present a real estate investment decision method based on grey synthesis assessment. During quantifying the qualitative indexes, set - valued statistic analysis was introduced, which reduced the uncertainty of the real estate in- vestment assessment. A case shows that the method is feasible and valid.
