着重介绍电液比例控制技术在液压驱动开卷机组控制中的成功运用。运用电液比例控制技术是机列恒速度和恒张力功能得以实现的关键保证。电液比例控制液压驱动与传统的直流电机驱动相比,体现了当今世界机、电、液一体化的发展方向。其机械设备结构简单。
Here is emphatically introduced a current-liquid ratio control tech successfully used on a hydralically-driven unwinding unit. The tech is the Key factor and guarantee of realizing the constant speed and tension of the unit. By comparison with various tranditional DC motor driving,the hydralical driving with Current-liquid ratio control shows the development direction to merge machine, motor, and hydralical contral into an organic whole unit being simple in structure and convenient in operation.
