摘要
从系统论的角度,对我国职业篮球的发展进行了较深层次的阐述,得出中国职业篮球和谐发展主要体现在人力资源的和谐发展、职业篮球系统内部各系统的和谐共生、职业篮球系统与社会环境的和谐共处这3个维度上。旨在为审视中国职业篮球发展提供一个全新的视角,为中国职业篮球的和谐、可持续发展提供参考。
From the point of view of system theory, the development of professional basketball in China is expounded profoundly. It＇s found that the harmonious development of professional basketball in China is mainly reflected in the harmonious development of human resources, the harmonious coexistence of various systems within the professional basketball system and the harmonious coexistence of professional basketball and the social environment. This paper aims to provide a fresh perspective for the evaluation of professional basketball in China and a theoretical reference for its harmonious and sustainable development.
