摘要
热镀铝钢带是在热镀锌基础上发展起来的一种新型钢材，它具有良好的耐蚀性和耐高温氧化性能，在大气环境，尤其在海水和海洋气候环境中，热镀铝钢带的耐蚀性比热镀锌钢带高３ ～５ 倍［１］ ， 在５５０℃的温度长期使用不变色，它的抗高温氧化温度可达７５０ ℃，经扩散处理，耐热温度可达９５０℃［２］ 。
The hot dip aluminized steel strip is a new variety of steel product which is developed on the basis of the hot dip galvanizing process. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature antioxidation ability in the atmospheric environment and its corrosion resistance is assumed to be 3 to 5 times higher than that of the hot dip galvanized strip in the seawater and marine climate environment in particular. Its surface gloss will remain fresh even if it is used for a long time at 550℃ and its antioxidation temperature comes up to 750℃ and thermal resistance temperature to 950℃ after diffusion treatment.
