摘要
简要分析了带钢热轧过程中的有关温度条件，介绍了宝钢２０５０ｍｍ热连轧机通过工艺与设备的改进，降低轧线温降，从而降低板坯出炉温度，以及适当降低粗轧出口温度与精轧终轧温度对热轧带钢表面质量的影响。这种低温轧制技术取得了节能、提高成材率、降低生产成本、提高产品质量的良好效果。
The temperature conditions during strip hot rolling are analyzed.The improvement on the equipment and technology of the rolling mill,decreased the temperature drop on rolling line,thus lowering the slab reheat furnace dropout temperature,and the effect of the appropriate temperature drop at exits of roughing mill & the final temperature of finishing trains on surface quality of hot strip.This kind of low temperature rolling technology has achieved good results in energy saving,production cost cut,increase of rolling yield and the improvement of hot strip surface quality.
