摘要
利用MgAl水滑石焙烧后产物(CLDH)在一定条件下吸附溶液中的氯离子,探讨不同焙烧温度、CLDH用量、溶液中氯离子的浓度以及吸附温度对氯离子吸附的影响.结果表明:CLDH适于吸附低浓度溶液中的氯离子,500℃焙烧的CLDH吸附效果明显,且高n(Mg)/n(Al)的CLDH氯离子吸附量高.吸附温度高于30℃,CLDH用量高于2.0 g/L时氯离子吸附量高.通过XRD表征合成的MgAl水滑石前体、焙烧后的产物以及吸附氯离子后产物的物相,结果表明:CLDH吸附溶液中的氯离子通过重构水滑石化合物完成,该过程为化学吸附.
The chlorine anion in solution was absorbed by calcined layered double hydroxides(CLDH).Some effects such as calcination temperature,content of CLDH,concentration of chloride ions and adsorbing temperature on the removal of chloride ions were investigated.The results showed that CLDH was suitable for adsorbing low concentration of chloride ions,the CLDH calcined at 500 ℃ had better adsorption effect,and CLDH with higher n(Mg)/n(Al) ratio gave a higher removal rate.When adsorption temperature was above 30 ℃,the content of CLDH was higher than 2.0g/L,the removal rate was better.The prepared MgAl carbonate hydrotalcite precursor,calcined product and the product after the adsorption of chloride ions were characterized by XRD.It is showed that removal of chloride ion in solution by CLDH was completed by the reconstruction of hydrotalcite compounds,and this process belonged to chemical adsorption.
