摘要
通过微机实时监测有限点窑壁的温度,应用统计理论分析计算,在CRT上显示出窑内的温度,取代了人工开门观查火情、估计温度值的操作方法,实现了闭门烧窑,既节约了能源,又提高了产品质量,同时也改善了工人的劳动条件。
The temperature of kiln wall is monitored by computer. Using statistical calculation, the temperature can be shown on CRT. This computer monitoring system can improve the condition of operation, upgrade the quality of products and save energy.
