摘要
本文介绍了一台炼钢转炉余热锅炉改进设计后发生的一次爆管事故，并从设计、制造两方面对事故原因进行了认真分析，指出制造中未按设计要求整体退火是发生爆管事故的主要原因。
An accident of pipe explosion in waste heat boiler modified design was reported. Its reason was analysed from design, manufacturing and so on. The main problem is not to meet the demand of integrally annealing according to the design.
