摘要
当今移动通信技术已经发展成熟,移动信号已覆盖了98%以上的区域.当用户在这些区域需要紧急救援时(比如在户外遇到灾害等),基于移动通信网定位技术的紧急救援服务就显得异常重要.紧急救援服务的实现方案多种多样,中国移动集团目前已制定了相应的企业标准.
Mobile communication technology has been developed widely with mobile signal covering more than 98% areas in China.When the users in these areas are in need of urgent assistance（such as outdoor disaster etc.）,emergency rescue service based on mobile network positioning technology is exceptionally important. CMCC has developed corresponding enterprise standards to conduct a wide variety of emergency rescue service.Emergency services of various schemes,China mobile group has established the corresponding enterprise standards.
