摘要
应用层次分析法（ＡＨＰ）原理，提出了对查表法得到的平均经济加工精度进行修正的方法和公式，以此来确定实际生产条件下最优的工序尺寸公差，为工艺过程自动设计（ＣＡＰＰ）中工序尺寸公差的自动生成提供了优化模式。
This paper puts forward a method and formulas to revise the avevage economical manufacturing precission resulting from cousulting tables. Applying the method and formulas, the process dimension tolerence can be optimized. It provides an optimization pattern for auto-producing the process dimension tolerance in CAPP.
