摘要 对形状记忆合金元件的尺寸效应进行了较深入的研究。除对其力的尺寸效应进行了研究外,还对其动作时间、响应时间、输出功率等随尺寸的变化情况进行了研究。研究后发现.形状记忆合金元件的形状回复力与特征尺寸的二次方成正比;其动作时间、响应时间与特征尺寸的一次方成正比;其输出功率与特征尺寸的二次方成正比;其功率/体积比与特征尺寸的负一次方成正比。因此,形状记忆合金是微机械领域能够采用的一种非常重要的功能材料。 The size effects of shape memory alloy elements were studied completely in the paper. In addition to force size effect, we alsostudied the relation betWeen the sizes of shape memory alloy elements, their operating time. response time and output power. It wasconcluded that the shape restoring forces of shape memory alloy elements are propertional to the second power of their character sizes,their operating time and response time are propertional to the first power of their character sizes, their output POwers are propertional to thesecond power of their charcter sizes and that their power/volume ratioes are proportional to the minus first power of their character sizes.Therefore, shape memory alloy is a very impertant kind of functional material which can be used in micromechanical field.
