摘要
高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人力资源财富,其就业问题事关国家的发展大计和人才战略。据有关方面预测,国际金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还将延续,高校毕业生人数庞大,就业形势依然十分严峻。高校要采取多项措施积极应对"就业难"这一特殊考验,实现"出口畅,进口旺"的良性循环。
College graduates being the precious human resources in China,their employment affects the country's development and the human resources strategy. However,the on-going negative impact produced by the current financial crisis on the employment market is making their job competition even more severe. Therefore,to ensure a smooth enrollment and employment,colleges and universities alike must take initiatives to face the test of the challenge.
