摘要
从东北林业大学图书馆的实际情况出发,论述了我馆实施学科馆员制度的必要性,从学科馆员工作模式、职责及学科馆员的组织与管理等方面入手,对我馆学科馆员机制的建设进行研究。
Starting from the actual status of the library of the Northeast Forestry University,this paper has discussed the necessity of our library in implementing the subject librarian system,and reviewed the subject librarian system construction,from the aspect of work model,work obligation,organization and management of the subject librarian.
