广东技术师范学院党委书记邝邦洪教授提出的"以德为行,以学为上"教育思想为高校教师的教书育人实践提供了明确指引,高校教师只有积极践行"以德为行,以学为上"教育思想,做到德高为师,学高为范,才能更好地承担起培养德才兼备合格人才的重任。
