摘要
目的探讨五味黄连液对新生儿皮疹的治疗效果。方法笔者所在医院78例出生1～7d有皮疹的新生儿中使用五味黄连液加温水稀释游泳，局部用原液外涂。以观察五味黄连液对皮疹的治疗效果。结果使用五味黄连液加温水稀释游泳，局部外涂原液后治疗新生儿皮疹总有效率为97％。结论五味黄连液可作为新生儿皮疹的安全、有效的外用药剂。
Objective To find the therapeutic effect of neonatal skin rash of Gomi Coptis liquid. Methods In hospital rash of newborns who were born within 1 - 7days with 78 eases to use of compound berberine solution diluted with water heated swimming, and dope were coated with opical. The purpose is to observe the therapeutic effect of compound berberine solution. Results The use of Coptis liquid diluted with water heated imming,and local treated with the treatment of neonatal skin rash after dope, the total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion Huanglian liquid compound can be used as a safe and effective topical agent to rash of newborns.
