摘要
目的探讨提高中小型医院临床护理教学管理水平的新途径。方法在笔者所在医院7个护理单元中各抽调1名骨干组成护理教学管理小组。负责收集临床教学中存在的问题并制定相应对策，开展临床教学知识培训，组织院内教学经验交流和教学查房，完成护生考核等工作。结果比较护理教学管理小组成立前后两届护理专科生各项考试成绩，差异均有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05），护生各项考试成绩明显提高。结论成立护理教学管理小组可以激发临床带教老师的工作热情，增进护生的学习积极性，提高中小型医院临床教学管理水平，促进整体护理质量的提高。
Objective To explore new ways of improving clinical nursing teaching management in the small and medium hospitals. Methods Nursing Education Management Group （NEMC） composed of 7 members who come from 7 nursing unit in the whole hospital. Each of them is the backbone of the nursing unit. Their responsibilities are to collect the clinical teaching problems and carry out countermeasures for clinical teaching knowledge training, organize teaching experience exchange and nurses teaching roads in the hospital, complete the examination of nursing students and so on. Results Compared the two examination results of nursing students which were tested before and after the NEMG was established. The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the scores of nursing students has been improved obviously. Conclusion NEMG inspire clinical teachers to work enthusiastically, active learning of nursing students was promoted, level of clinical teaching and management was improved,the quality of Holistic Nursing was advanced.
