摘要
本文在挤镦复合工艺研究的基础上,进行双向挤镦复合工艺的研究。确定了主要工艺参数及挤镦力的范围,并研制了专用装备。该装备可用于扳钳工具行业的节材,节材率可达8%~10%。
Based on the study of combined technique of extrusion-upsetting, this paper carried out a research on the two-way extrusion-upsetting combined technlolgy. The main technological paraneters and range of extrusion-upsetting forces are determined and a special equipment is developed. This outfit can be used in the tool manufacturing industry of spanner and pliers with an economic rate of 8~10% in raw materials.
