摘要
以CFTZ-21调温除湿机为例,运用传感器和数据采集卡实现了除湿机运行参数的采集和处理,并在VC++中嵌入CLIPS专家系统实现了对除湿机故障的实时诊断。在专家系统的开发中,考虑到系统的开发周期及软件的可靠性等因素,采用了VC++内嵌CLIPS的混合编程方法,详细介绍了CLIPS的嵌入方法、二者的数据交换及知识库的构建等。
This paper takes thermostat dehumidifier of CFTZ-21 for example, which achieve dehumidifier running parametre acquisition by sensors and data acquisition card,and realize real-time fault diagnosis of dehumidifiers by embedding CLIPS expert system in VC++. In the developping of expert system, considering the system development cycle, software reliability, this paper applies mixed programming method with VC++ embedded CLIPS, which introduces embedding the CLIPS methods in detail, exchanges data of VC++ and CLIPS and builds the knowledge base and so on.
