实时三维超声心动图评价心功能的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着三维技术及计算机技术不断改进,实时三维超声心动图(Real—timethree—dimensionalechocardiography,RT-3DE)成为目前超声领域中的研究热点,该技术不仅能够提供一个直观立体的心脏解剖结构,同时可以精确测量房室腔容积,进而了解其形态结构变化、血流动力学改变及心功能情况等,为心血管疾病的诊断及疗效评价开辟了新途径。
