血管内介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤43例 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效及技术要点。方法:回顾性分析43例患者共50个动脉瘤栓塞治疗的临床资料。结果:50个动脉瘤中完全闭塞38个,闭塞95%以上7个,闭塞90%以上4个,栓塞失败1个,术中动脉瘤破裂2例,死亡1例,23例随访3～8个月无复发。结论:对破裂颅内动脉瘤采用可脱性弹簧圈进行血管内栓塞疗效可靠,具有微创、安全等优点,早期栓塞及有效的术后处理有助于改善治疗效果。
