摘要
针对电磁成型机可靠性低的问题，提出了采用二级保护系统的新思路．阐述了二级保护的组成及功能，着重讨论了第二级保护中的模拟运行、状态自检、故障诊断．实际运行表明：采用二级保护的电磁成型机在设备运行的可靠性方面得到很大的提高．
A new dual protection system and its configuration and function operation and self detection and fault diagnosis are discussed in detail and applications show the dual protection system improves the reliability of electromagnetic forming devices.
