摘要
目的分析经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)术中、术后常见并发症的原因、预防及治疗,提高手术安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析1996年7月至2008年8月本院TURP术和TVP术78例并发症患者的临床资料。结果平均手术时间75 min,平均切除组织41 g。术中、术后出血20例,电切综合征(TURS)8例,暂时性尿失禁11例,膀胱颈部挛缩9例,尿道狭窄12例,尿路感染11例,膀胱穿孔5例,下肢深静脉血栓形成2例,死亡1例。结论 TURP和TVP是良性前列腺增生症安全有效的外科治疗方法,术前详细采集病史,术中正确操作,术后对患者正确指导及处理可有效减少手术并发症。
Objective To analyze the reason,prevention and treatment of the common complications during and after transure- thral resection of the prostate（TURP） and transurethral electrovapotion of the prostate（TVP）,and to further improve the efficacy and safety of these procedures. Methods Data of 78 cases of complications of TURP and TVP from May 1996 to Jun 2008 in our hospital was reviewed retrospectively. Results The mean operative time was 75 min,and the mean weight of there sected tissue was 41g. 20 cases suffered bleeding, 8 cases suffered transurethral resection syndrome（TURS）, 11 cases suffered transient urinary in- continence, 9 cases suffered bladder neck contracture, 12 cases suffered urethral stricture, 11 cases suffered urinary tract infection, 5 case suffered bladder perforation,2 case suffered deep venous thrombosis of lower limb, 1 case death. Conclusion TURP and TVP are safe and effective surgical treatment methods for symptomatc benign prostatic hyperplasia. Complications of TURP and TVP could be prevented effectively by certain measurements.
