摘要
参考文献作为学术论文不可或缺的重要组成部分,具有重要的功能和实际意义。但目前存在着较为严重的诸如：盲目转引、随意引用、肆意编造、牵强引用等参考文献引用失真现象。本文对此类现象的表现和产生原因进行了简单分析,并提出了堵住源头,防止作者出现参考文献引用失真,并严格审核,避免参考文献引用失真论文的发表和流传等相应的解决方法 ,以期遏制参考文献引用失真现象的产生和蔓延。
Reference plays an important role in academic papers. But there existed many serious distortions of the references, such as blindly quote from a secondary source, arbitrarily quote, wantonly compile, farfetched citation and so on. This paper described the appearances and causes of the distortions, and put forward ways to control the formation and spreading of distortions.
