摘要
目前我国高等院校数字化校园在建设和应用的过程中出现了一些问题和困难,主要是由于思想观念落后于发展的速度、缺乏高效的运行机制、专业人才的缺乏以及应用人员整体信息化水平偏低等原因造成,本文认为应该转变思想观念、结合实际并构建行之有效的机制以及加强教职工的信息化培训,促进高等院校数字化校园的一体化建设。
There are some problems and difficulties in the present construction of digitalized university campuses in China, which are the results of out-dated concept, lack of effective mechanism and professionals, and low level of the staff＇ s information literacy. This paper proposes that altering the concept, strengthening information technology training and constructing the effective mechanism be the solutions to the present condition.
