摘要
通过对轴承盖关键部位结构及材质、金相、力学性能、质量等技术要求的分析,制定出合理的原铁液化学成分范围,强化球化处理和孕育处理,采用碱性酚醛树脂砂造型,并通过合理的利用发热保温冒口及冷铁,保证铸件内在质量,生产出合格铸件。
Through the analysis of bearing cap structure and the technical requirements,the reasonable melting and molding process are determined a to produce qualified castings.
