摘要
本文从三网融合的技术、市场趋势、政策环境等方面出发,分析了构建推动三网融合发展的政策体系的必要性,提出了推动三网融合的政策取向和政策体系的主要任务和着力点,最后对三网融合政策体系进行了初步设计,希望对国家制定有关政策提供借鉴。
Based on the present situation of technology, market and policy, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing policy system to promote the development of three networks convergence, shows policy orientation and main task for the construction, and puts forward preliminary design of policy system.
