摘要
上海市杨浦区依托自身禀赋优势,提出了建设知识创新区的发展战略,确立了"三区融合、联动发展"的转型思路,初步实现了杨浦区的功能和产业转型。杨浦区的做法和经验对于与之类似的传统老城区的改造、创新型城市乃至创新型国家的建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
With its own advantages, Shanghai Yangpu district proposed development strategy of building knowledge innovation zone, established the transformation of idea which is called ＂three-zone integration, joint development＂. Yangpu district had implemented the transformation of its functions and industries initially. The practices and experiences of Yangpu district are important references for the transformation of traditional town , constructing innovative city and innovative country.
